This is not a place to join if you are looking to grow in your career. This is more of a "collect a paycheck and leave early" location.
CEO is gutting the company. I think it is just the nature of the product. It is past its growth phase and now is just in maintenance mode.
Do NOT join here as an "App Dev" - you'll be using XO, the proprietary language, which is fine, but it isn't a marketable skill, and you will have a very hard time switching out of it since no one wants to learn it.
Downvoting CEO since the stock has been on a horizontal plane for the last 5 years.
