It took more than three weeks from the initial phone screen to the on-site interview. The process involved a recruiter calling, followed by a technical phone screen, and then an on-site visit to meet with six people, including managers. I haven't heard back from them since.

Therefore, I am continuing to apply to other opportunities.

Advice to recruiters: Please send rejection notes to candidates you do not select.
