Process
A hiring manager visited my college and conducted a preliminary on-campus interview. They responded within two days and asked me to schedule an on-site interview. The new graduate interview took the whole day, from 7:40 AM to around 4:00 PM. It included breakfast, lunch, and a social event, in addition to four in-person interviews.
Questions
The questions were mostly straightforward algorithm questions. There were also a few design questions where they just wanted to see your thought process.
