Process
I attended the school career fair and gave my resume to the engineer present.
A recruiter called me for an on-campus interview.
Ten days after the on-campus interview, I was invited to the final round of on-site interviews, which consisted of four 45-minute sessions.
Overall, it was a positive experience. The recruiters consistently responded to emails, and the entire process was well-organized.

Pros: Unlimited PTO.
Free snacks and drinks.
Cons: 1. Employee first = Manager first, since managers are also employees. Everything is controlled by your manager, e.g., compensation, promotions.
You will never have a voice in this company. They have many tricky ways to force you to leave.
2. XpressO is a career trap. It adds no value to your technical skills, and no one in the industry cares about XO. New graduates, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from Workday. I joined as a GW, and it has been a nightmare for me for the last three years.
3. Politics is the "root" of this company. People complain a lot, and it got worse and worse. Middle management is playing politics to bring friends and lay off those who they don't like.
4. Minorities are treated as trash. If your race is minorities, be careful. They will try everything to protect those dominant.

Pros: One of Workday's core values is having its employees come first before anything else. And they mean it.
* Unlimited PTO
* Relaxing job, not too fast-paced.
Cons: Proprietary language is not ideal if you plan on transferring jobs.
