1. Employee first = Manager first, since managers are also employees. Everything is controlled by your manager, e.g., compensation, promotions.

You will never have a voice in this company. They have many tricky ways to force you to leave.

1. XpressO is a career trap. It adds no value to your technical skills, and no one in the industry cares about XO. New graduates, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from Workday. I joined as a GW, and it has been a nightmare for me for the last three years.

2. Politics is the "root" of this company. People complain a lot, and it got worse and worse. Middle management is playing politics to bring friends and lay off those who they don't like.

3. Minorities are treated as trash. If your race is minorities, be careful. They will try everything to protect those dominant.

Don't treat employees as slaves.

Stop allowing discrimination and racism.

Cut half of the useless middle-level managers; they are ruining this company.
