Pros: Great culture and great people. It’s very easy to make friends and have fun while getting work done. Lots of internal opportunities and great stock options.
Cons: The remote working policy is inconsistent, with favoritism at play. Budgeting issues after COVID have left little room for travel or team building, which was core to the workday pre-pandemic. Long-standing employees are paid less than new joiners.
