I had a 15-minute screen call and was told the next stage is a competency-based interview with the hiring manager.
Communication was awful. I contacted the recruiter a week before to ask what I should prepare for or expect from the interview and was ghosted.
Anyway, I prepared for a competency-based interview, but it turned out to be a technical interview, which I was not prepared for, so my answers were fairly bad.
It could have been better had communication from their side existed.
Questions
Few Java terms and OOP, etc.
