Great place to work until about two years ago.
The culture is an illusion. At one time, it was real, but not anymore. With the new leadership, it's just another soul-sucking waste of life.
Senior management is mixed. Some are good, some are bad, but it doesn't matter. The company is in decline and has been for years.
The first phone call was with a recruiter, followed by a 45-minute technical coding interview with a senior Workday engineer. The interviewers I met were very kind, and the coding problems were mostly at the "LeetCode Easy" level. Great company!
It seems that only entry-level engineers interview experienced senior software engineers. They also appear to not really know what they are doing, and there is definitely something else going on in their hiring process. I would not recommend any ski
