However great the company is, the current team I am part of, the manager is micromanaging the flexibility which Workday offers by enforcing certain days, which eliminates the flexibility offered by the company. Every movement is being scrutinized and monitored, making it a toxic place to work right now. During compensation, there's no budget for employees working hard throughout the year.
Managers need to be reminded to honor company policy, not come up with their own rules, and to stop micromanaging employees.
