Coding test (offline), a couple of phone interviews, and an onsite interview. The coding test involved an algorithm to find the path between two words in a dictionary, changing only one letter in the path. The onsite interview was from 10 AM to 4 P

Not that great, but the interviews were good. The process was quick, but they don't respond properly and seem to hire people of their race only, because they feel they are more talented.
