Worked with great people on interesting projects.
Frequent changes in leadership, and therefore focus, expectations, and direction. YMMV, it absolutely depends on who your senior leadership is. Even with RSUs, total compensation is middle of the road. There are certainly better working environments with more flexibility and better pay.
Wild swings in expectations make for a very turbulent culture.
