Good culture and easy collaboration with peers.
Hard to move to a higher level.
The career fairs at university definitely helped speed up the process of getting interviews. I had an on-campus interview where I drew a scenario using UML diagrams, and I performed well on that. I then received an email inviting me to their onsite
5 or 6 sessions onsite. Very casual, not intimidating. Very friendly, great team. Emphasis on object-oriented analysis and design. Response after the interview was very quick, got back within 1 business day.
One of the most unprofessional interviews I have seen. This guy asked a few technical questions and then jumped to "Do you have any questions for me?" I said I did, but it seemed like he was in a rush.
