It's overall a good place to work. There is no blame-game culture. They won't force you to come to the office; you can work with a mix of in-person and remote, etc. You get to work with amazing colleagues. You can switch jobs internally if you don't like a profile.
If you are interviewing, please ask thorough questions about your role and what the team does. Another point is that while there are great colleagues, there are also people who will always try to find reasons to bring you down. It's difficult to evaluate that during the interview process, but there are good policies for changing teams after a year (that's the one star I took off).
On work/life balance, it really depends on which team you are on.
Please take action on feedback from old employees by new employees. Please make the managers responsible for taking those actions.

I was contacted through an employee referral. The interview process took over four weeks. I traveled to the Pleasanton office for the interview. They covered gas and hotel expenses. Everyone was nice. It was a long day, but it was definitely worth it
