Process
The interview process was very simple. Setup was automatic through their HRM once schedule availability was given. Interviews all occurred on time and went for the full allotted time. One was a phone interview and the second was a video interview.
Questions
Questions were very straightforward, trying to get an understanding of my experience and background. I don't think anything was inappropriate for the Director role.
