Had two initial phone screens, one with the HR manager and the other with one of the QA managers. It was mostly a behavioral interview.
After that, I was given a technical assessment that I had a few days to complete.
I was brought onsite to interview with six different people, one of whom was the same QA manager from earlier. Since many of the people were in different offices, four of them I only met through Google Hangouts.
The last part of the interview process was meeting the VP and a take-home assignment that involved five questions.
I heard back the next day that I was made a soft offer with room for negotiations. Overall, a smooth and timely process. Everyone whom I spoke to sold me on the company.
