Great technology, young vibe, good food, and fun activities. Most of the executives seem to care about both the people and the company. Most co-workers are genuinely good people.
Many "leaders" are in way over their heads yet cannot admit mistakes, managing by the book since they lack actual experience. They are cliquish. Other executives care only about profit. The product lineup is good, but the growth ceiling is very low unless we can pivot to something new, which based on how things are built now does not look good.
Either fire or reassign leaders who are not where they belong. Pay attention to the details and do not believe everything you are told; investigate for yourselves.
