Workiva offered many coding challenges, and you will grow in your technical skills there.
Workiva often makes technical designs in a top-down approach. My team had very little autonomy and we were underappreciated. We had very little input into technical decisions or architecture. Successes were rarely celebrated. Management seemed more interested in how we made them look and had little interest in building us up. The pay was low, considering the difficulty of the programming we had to do and the scope and scale of our codebase and problem set. Management would get upset if you disagreed with them, and this resulted in having to lie to management to make them happy.
Allow your employees to have more input into technical decisions and allow them to disagree with you.
Probably the most roller coaster experience I've had interviewing. I conducted approximately 5 interviews over the course of 8 months with various levels of senior engineers and leadership individuals. The recruiting team was great and on top of eve
The recruitment experience is absolutely terrible. Jobs are being advertised but never filled. Candidates are contacted through automation and AI months after applying. The system is completely broken. They have no contact addresses for team members
Their interview process was far too lazy for a senior engineering position. Going into it, I told the HR recruiter that I would prefer to not interview with them if they mostly used LeetCode questions, and they assured me that they used real-world co
