WFH policy and flexible schedules really make this company a great place to work. Everyone is friendly, usually willing to help when in need. There's lots to learn. The ability to move up is there if you prove yourself.
Pay is lower than other companies, though the flexibility and WFH aspects make up for that in my mind.
How good of a fit the company is for you could really depend on what team and manager you have. I lucked out with my team placement, but I have heard other teams are not as good to work on.
