Genuinely liked most people I worked with.
Product is great.
I'm truly proud to say I worked here.
Pretty encouraging of innovation from the top (can depend on your org).
Some orgs' middle management (such as Client Services) weren't well architected and were largely overlooked.
Some old tech decisions that have haunted us were continually reinvested in.
Including a leveling guide and help enable cross-org movement and career growth would go a long way toward hiring and keeping talent.

Phone call with recruiter, face-to-face with manager, two one-hour Google Hangouts with the dev team and architect. I thought it was a laid-back, easy process where I got to meet the team and talk about my experience as a developer.
