Flexibility, get to work on cool projects, great culture, pretty good benefits, clear and helpful messaging from the executive team. Overall, at least a 9/10.
Some growing pains, no clear process to promotion/raise, and no 401k match.

Phone call with recruiter, face-to-face with manager, two one-hour Google Hangouts with the dev team and architect. I thought it was a laid-back, easy process where I got to meet the team and talk about my experience as a developer.
