QA Manager • Former Employee

Sunnyvale, California, United States

Pros: Great culture, committed employees. Transparency at most levels. Good work-life balance. Building new products and features at a good pace.

Cons: Career growth plan is not well laid out. There is too much confusion in the last few years. Focus seems to be on select products/features. Many times, good talent is not recognized due to multiple organizational changes and structures. Performance reviews happen too often, causing friction between people at all times.
