Too much organizational change: In the last year, there have been two layoff rounds. While it almost halved the management levels, it was also very stressful for the employees. It hurt employee morale.
Yahoo has received a lot of flak for one reason or another. However, the current direction set by the new management is correct. Management needs to continue on that path.
