I set up an initial phone screening for a few days later, and it went well. The questions were basic technical background questions about C++/Java.
The onsite interview was in a week with seven people (five engineers, a staffing person, and the group director).
The engineering questions were mostly about data structures and algorithms complexity. Several tasks required whiteboarding. There was almost nothing regarding previous job experience or accomplishments. The people were friendly and very intelligent.
The overall interview experience, despite the outcome (I did not go to the next level), was very educational.
