The interview was a 1-hour-long telephone screen. I was asked some behavioral questions about my projects.
Then we started the coding part. At last, the interviewer let me ask him questions.
The interviewer was very nice and patient, and gave me a lot of hints. However, the Collabedit we used had noticeable delay and did not display well during the process.

Pros: I have worked here as an intern and am now working full-time, for about 8 months.
Yahoo is one of the few companies that will surprise you once you join it.
* Fantastic work culture
* Some crazy smart folks doing cutting-edge stuff
* One of the best places to work for if interested in large-scale distributed computing, bleeding-edge frontend engineering, or product marketing.
* Beautiful campus at their Sunnyvale HQ.
* The BEST coffee bar I can visit in the Bay Area (guess what – it's free!)
* Excellent cafeteria (at Sunnyvale HQ)
* Young, vibrant, and fresh feel overall on the campus
* Excellent office interiors!
* Excellent computing infrastructure (they've given me a brand-new 15-inch MacBook Pro, a huge monitor, and an Apple keyboard)
Clearly one of the best places to work for in Silicon Valley.
Cons: Very few as such.
* Need significant improvement in PR, product marketing, and connecting well with their user base.
* Need to be relevant again for the internet power users.
