The business model lacks foresight, limited by risk-averse, self-preserving executives. Wasteful initiatives combined with a lack of technical investment cause the company to slip further behind.
Quit obsessing with current dwindling web properties & licensed content, and focus on web services that operate across the whole web with lower incremental costs.
