Pros

Laid-back work environment in most teams.

They provide the developers with all the tools we need to do our jobs well.

Delicious food and snacks are provided for free at all times.

Excellent gym onsite.

Shuttle service is available.

Cons

There's a strict rule about not working from home in the MEP team.

Some people are quite politically motivated and will even lie to push their own mistakes onto others' plates.

Managers change frequently; I went through 7 managers over 3 years.

Advice to Management

Management should have a 360 feedback, especially since managers change quite often.

When providing peer feedback on quarterly or annual reviews, please ensure that it is backed by solid evidence for both good and bad reviews.

Managers, please look at git commits and code reviews before blaming someone for a bad code check-in.
