- Great food
- Decent gym and fitness classes
- Decent pay
- Lots of technical classes for personal improvement
- Stack ranking (two less than stellar reviews = quarterly firing)
- Management is incompetent.
- Tons of politics due to stack ranking with peer reviews on a quarterly basis.
- Lack of parking.
- You are getting paid more than a quarter billion dollars. Do more than micromanage and ride on the coattails of Alibaba.
