- No strict hierarchy; your skills matter more than your job title. Friendly atmosphere.
- Nice social package, bonuses, and company- or department-wide parties.
- High overall level of employees, both technical and personal.
- Relatively easy mobility between projects, teams, and even primary duties; you can try something new without finding a new job.
There is always a race and fire atmosphere depending on a team, but in general, overtimes are normal and even valued. Declared transparency, but usually tops get unclear answers to hot issues.
