Advantages

• The freedom to make decisions and take responsibility for them, come up with interesting tasks for yourself and then see them through.
• A cool, really friendly team; I was really lucky with it.
• The most awesome VHI (with enabled support for oncology even for relatives - until you come across one, it's very difficult to assess it, but it covers just huge expenses).
• Ultra-fast growth: in 3 years, I've coolly pumped my skills, because the scale of the company, budgets, and internal resources (teams, queues, in-house agencies) allow you to do large projects. In the previous company, with the same load, I grew much slower.
• You can write literally to any person in private, "Hello, I need help," and you will be helped (through the internal "staff" you can also find people in 3 clicks - top feature).

Disadvantages

• I haven't found it for myself yet. I know that many people complain about processing, but IMHO it's more about personal responsibility for your calendar and downloading. This is not practiced in my team, and you can always say "guys, I'm burning," and you will be supported or sent on time off :)) I wish everyone to find such a team.

It seems to me that this is a unique company on the market now, which has real business ambitions to become the best and at the same time provides for itself. If you want to pump up hard, you need to Yandex.
