Ok pay, lots of perks, nice people.
Big workload, sometimes highly stressful deadlines.
I applied online. The process took 7 days. Candidates pass through a phone screen (1 hour) and then four or more on-site interviews (1 hour each), depending on the number of teams the candidate is considered to work with. They are typically stacked
1 HR call, 2 standard coding DSA rounds, and a 1-hour talk with the team lead about: - My experience - Past projects' architecture (public API maintenance, microservices, etc.) - How the web works (from DNS to sockets)
That was a discussion with three people from the software engineering group for which I was applying. There were some engineering tasks, questions about experience with details, some puzzles, and some math.
