I applied for three roles in the last three years. These were all roles for which I have experience, yet for none of them did I get the chance to talk to a human. For all of them, after a few days, I received an email template, the same for all of them, stating that they were not going to proceed with my application and not providing any feedback.
Really disappointing.
Questions
No questions. Rejected 3 times before even able to speak to a "human."

Pros: Very transparent - everything is out in the open.
Mature - while there is still some room to improve, there are great processes for incidents, performance assessments, and compensation.
Learning - $2000 every year for learning plus a $500 software budget annually. It is part of the culture to learn.
Smart, kind people - say goodbye to toxic environments! Disagreeing is amicable, and you feel comfortable because we all want happy customers.
Agile coaches - so nice to have them to help with SDLC and ceremonies!
Cons: Bonus - sometimes the company doesn't meet goals and we don't get it :(
Rapid growth - maybe we hired too quickly? It doubled in size and was mostly graceful, but we are definitely feeling some growing pains (but not the bad ones!). Just gaps.
