Pros: Very transparent - everything is out in the open. Mature - while there is still some room to improve, there are great processes for incidents, performance assessments, and compensation. Learning - $2000 every year for learning plus a $500 software budget annually. It is part of the culture to learn. Smart, kind people - say goodbye to toxic environments! Disagreeing is amicable, and you feel comfortable because we all want happy customers. Agile coaches - so nice to have them to help with SDLC and ceremonies!

Cons: Bonus - sometimes the company doesn't meet goals and we don't get it :( Rapid growth - maybe we hired too quickly? It doubled in size and was mostly graceful, but we are definitely feeling some growing pains (but not the bad ones!). Just gaps.

Pros: Profit sharing was a great aspect.

Cons: Average pay, it wasn't bad, but not amazing.

Cons: Executive appointments depend on CEO rapport. Poor leadership choices result in the departure of key leaders. Infeasible business objectives lead to frequent bonus shortfalls. Centralized decision-making is the norm. Frequent pressure to achieve more with fewer resources. Lacking valuable options without a clear exit strategy. The HR team continually adds to managers' responsibilities. Rarely seeing colleagues except at annual retreats.
