I had a phone screen, followed by a 1-hour interview with a hiring manager, a 2.5-hour take-home code test, a 1-hour interview to discuss the code test & other front-end subjects, a 1-hour interview with 2 peers in the company from different departments, and a last 1-hour interview with someone in leadership. The process was efficient and scheduling was easy.
The entire process sounded intimidating going into it if you haven't interviewed in a long time, but everyone was very nice & supportive, and the questions/expectations were entirely reasonable. I felt very comfortable being entirely myself & transparent about what I did/didn't have experience with.
