Zapier is everything and more
Zapier lives up to the hype. Zapier's core values are in play every day – it's not just lip service. Here are some examples:
- Empathy over ego: As a woman engineer at Zapier, I am comfortable bringing my whole self to work. I have opportunities for growth (that are based on engineering, not interpersonal skills), and my voice is respected/valued.
- Grow through feedback: I am encouraged to grow and am given the resources to become the best version of myself.
- Transparency: I have the tools I need to do my job well.
- Build the robot: The product is exciting and the tech stack is on the cutting edge.
I can't think of any. I look forward to logging into work every day (even Mondays!).
My direct report is the best manager I've worked with in a decade.
