Generic screening interview. The interviewer seemed disinterested. She didn't ask me questions about my technical abilities, and she came off as sarcastic and rude. I'm an incredibly positive person, so I tried to keep it light and smile through her coldness, but she didn't make a point of forming a connection to her or the company. At no point did she try and "sell" me on the perks of working at Zapier. It was all straight to the point behavioral questions and what were my expectations. It was very shocking and confusing.

She asked general screening questions, but did not ask about technical skills.
