I applied through the university career fair. I received an email from a recruiter and was asked for a Skype interview. During the first half of the Skype interview, the recruiter asked very general questions regarding my resume. Then, in the second half, she gave me around 8 written questions and about 15 minutes to (type and) answer them. I think the questions were related to the skills I listed on my resume.
After that, the recruiter gave me 2 to 3 business days to write a simple Tic-Tac-Toe game.
