I had a good experience with the recruiter, who then asked me to talk to an engineer for the technical phone screen.
The engineer for my technical screen did not call me at the appointed time. After waiting for 10 minutes, I had to contact the recruiter.
By the time the engineer called me, more than 20 minutes had passed, which left me with less than 25 minutes for the interview.
To make matters worse, the engineer seemed to rush through the interview, and the reception on the engineer's side was terrible.
I spent most of the interview asking him to move instead of coding, and I had trouble hearing him for the majority of the interview.
Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
