It went smooth at parts. They aren't very good at keeping in touch with the candidate. I'm assuming being ghosted means you didn't get the job. There were multiple rounds; I made it to the final round, and then nothing.

The interview process was straightforward. The process moved quickly across the different stages of the hiring process. Questions were related to the job and its requirements, instead of being generic questions.

The interview process took 3-4 weeks. First, I received a take-home coding assignment, followed by a typical phone screen where they asked about previous experience and projects. Last was an onsite of about 3-4 hours.
