- Before hiring, they clearly communicated that it's a hybrid work culture and changed it to work from the office after 5 months.
- If you are a contract-based employee, they will constantly switch you to different projects based on requirements without considering your workload.
- Not recommended for employees joining on a contract basis.
- During the appraisal cycle, they will end the contract and return after a week, asking you to extend your work as if they are doing you a favor.
Plan your requirements clearly and don’t simply make employees go through constant chaos.
