It is really a roll of the dice
Senior Software Engineer • Former Employee
Seattle, Washington, United States
March 19, 2020
Pros: Great benefits, okay pay, wonderful location.
Cons: Depends which org you end up in. Members of my org, from directors down to individual contributors who have been there for the past five years, create a super political, toxic environment. It's a dead-end career with too much negative talk.
