I spoke with a recruiter at an online career fair through my school and was contacted a week later about an interview. The first one was a LeetCode medium/easy. The interviewer was super friendly, and I thought I did well.
I was called back for a final round interview, which consisted of two back-to-back interviews. The first was a LeetCode medium/hard. I got really close to the solution, but I couldn't understand the accent of my interviewer when he was trying to show me how to make it more efficient, and he became upset when I didn't grasp what he was saying. The second interview was a LeetCode easy/medium with a very nice interviewer.
While I didn't expect to get an offer after how my interviews went, they told me it would only be a week to get my results. A week passed, and I emailed the recruiter, who, two days later at midnight, replied saying it would be another week. Another two weeks passed, and I emailed them about having another offer. They responded by saying they would get me my results back before then (this was 1.5 months after I interviewed). They finally got back to me 32 days after my interview (when they said less than a week and delayed multiple times) stating that I was not selected.
While I wasn't too surprised, the recruiter was a really poor communicator, but the employees seemed really nice, even the one who got a little upset. Overall, it would have been a cool company to work for, but the interview process wasn't the best.
LeetCode easys/mediums. Signed an NDA for second interviews, so I won't say much beyond that.
