Pros

Nothing much here. I guess the freedom you get to learn on your own for the starting days is cool. After that, be a good slave and keep on working. Commit mistakes while you know inside that this is bad, and then remove those mistakes as your superior understands them now. Duh! Tubelight. So it's like, code bad things, remove bad things, repeat. No work-life balance, of course.

Cons

Baseless arguments. A weird way of promoting employees and restructuring teams. Not using employees to the company's advantage, even. If you are from a tier-1 college, you'll advance really fast. Otherwise, no matter your experience or skills, no one would even bother with you.

Advice to Management

Get some good product managers. Avoid restructuring too much.
