Pros

A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance skills. Fast-paced work.

Pay is decent and annual increments to compensation are also great. Good performance is recognized and rewarded.

Everyone is approachable and motivated.

WFH flexibility nowadays.

Cons

(1) Tech leadership is weak. No one will be able to help you often on issues encountered due to less bandwidth.

(2) Poor work-life balance. It depends on the team, but in general, it is hectic.

(3) Unorganized and chaotic. Documentation and testing are often neglected, and proper software engineering principles are not applied.

(4) ESOPs can't be entirely trusted as compensation because of the volatile share price and bad fundamentals.

(5) No team events or perks to motivate employees.

Advice to Management

Please focus on work-life balance.
