- Free water, biscuits, and coffee.
- Pay is okay.
- Saturdays working.
- Inflexible timing. You have to be in the office at 9 AM, while you're expected to work late at night.
- Fire without prior notice. If you screw up once, or if higher management doesn't like you enough, you'll be asked to resign.
- Stone age tech stack: PHP. Learning useless technologies won't help in your career.
- A lot of people who started with me have already resigned. Once here, you'll think about resigning every single day.
It may not be obvious, and you probably won't notice it, but a lot of people don't want to work for you.
