Work is very challenging, and there is freedom to create something new and unique, based on management expectations.
No life. It's just work, work, and work. People working on Sundays even. 13-16 hour days. Plus, a lot of pressure to deliver. If you enter as an entry-level person, make sure to stick and learn, as this place has a lot to offer.
Be open in discussing expectations with people. Expectation mismatch can cause you to have a bad name in the industry, as you may lay off people without good notice.
