This was the most disrespectful and worst interview experience I have ever had. Neither of the interviewers showed up on time for the two rounds, nor were they prepared.
I applied through LinkedIn. The recruiter then booked a call to discuss the position and my resume. The recruiter called more than 10 minutes after the scheduled time and could not explain what the company does fluently. They also could not answer the dev team size.
This was followed by another interview round with one of their senior engineers. They also showed up late and even asked me to give them time to find and read my resume. The interviewer had no front-end experience and told me they had no React questions to ask. They then took several minutes trying to find a JavaScript question for me to answer, but it was almost the last minute of the 30-minute interview.
This team seems to be in great chaos, and these people show no respect for my time.
