- Toxic environment and toxic managers.
- Forced to come to the office even with health issues.
- Both men and women are disrespected.
- No hike, no bonus, no benefits.
- Zero work-life balance.
- Very, very low compensation compared to the market; that's why many people resign soon.
- No growth.
- No promotion.
- No cabs provided like other companies.
- Silent firing.
They won't listen at all.
