Pros

If you like hustle culture, this may be the place for you. There are some really great people to work with here. They are in the business of selling sales, so on a macro scale, I’m sure they’ll continue to do fine. Benefits and add-ons are offered, like LinkedIn Learning, which are pretty good overall (if you have the time to utilize them).

Cons

If you desire flexibility or work/life balance, this isn’t the place for you.

  • The CEO is inflexible with a “my way or the highway” mentality and constantly pushes the hustle-culture down everyone’s throats.
  • If things don’t go well for the company on quarterly/annual goals, be prepared to be berated by him in an all-staff meeting. I’ll grant that it isn’t directed at a specific person, but it still feels very personal when everyone is being yelled at in a public forum.
  • If you disagree with the policies or beliefs, you may be openly mocked for them, such as a recent case of being told that you can “speak to your manager about your plan to exit the business” if you don’t like the RTO mandate.

Other general complaints:

  • Lower-level management styles vary wildly. Some of them micromanage while others can’t be bothered to keep you updated on deadlines and new/upcoming requirements you’ll be held to.
  • They call it “fast-paced,” but this means you should be prepared for policy and requirement changes to happen at any time with very little-to-no notice given.
  • Many positions feel like they want you to burn out, trying to cram as many customer and meetings calls into your day as possible. Good luck having any time in between to use the restroom or get a drink of water!
