Good work-life balance.
Great food.
Cons: No transparency for contractors.
Not allowed to use all the tools like FTE.

Pros: Team culture is generally strong depending on the group, and collaboration feels good.
The food is genuinely great, and day-to-day work can be enjoyable with helpful colleagues.
Cons: Promotion is very slow, and career progression can feel unclear or stagnant at times.
