Great place to work
Today, work-life balance is great. It didn't use to be, and I'm glad it got better. Very smart and motivated people. A fast-paced environment.
There used to be a very bad work-life balance, but an effort was made to change that, and it did change for the better. Sometimes it can feel like there's a hidden competition between some of your colleagues.
